Morning Habits that will make your whole routine powerful.

If you keep searching for a perfect morning routine for yourself, you will never find it. The reality is the perfect morning routine is how you create it and practice it every day. One needs to be firm on the decision of what will work for you, and what helps you start the day on the right note.

Don’t get up in the morning and start deciding your tasks and goals right away. This process is time taking and requires a fresh mind where we can focus without being lazy. A morning routine will help your body and your mind to catch up with energy to spend during the day. You need to be in the right state naturally, eliminating all those choices that could impact that goal.

A perfect morning routine might involve a lot of energy grasping tasks like getting up a little early to enjoy your me-time before your kids wake up, or involving them in your routine, or planing an activity that will involve everyone at home. Experiment with what works for you, and don’t forget that the key is consistency.

Make Your Bed Everyday 

It might be a small accomplishment, but making the bed sets the tone for the entire day. If you make your bed every morning you'll have executed the first task of the day. It'll give you a small sense of pride and it'll encourage you to do another task and another and another, " he said. " By the end of the day, that one task completed will have turned into multiple tasks completed. Making your bed will also corroborate the fact that little holdings in life matter.

Don't look at your phone 

Don't start your day by looking at your phone and the messages. Do more activities that make you forget about checking your phone early in the morning.  Make sure your phone is not the last thing you see at night and the first thing you see in the morning. Performing simple activities like placing a regular alarm and charging your phone out of reach, will not tempt you to begin your day by getting involved in hundreds of messages and updates. 

Stretch your body

Anyone can enjoy a good stretch or a small routine of exercise in the morning. It doesn’t have to be a full-on yoga routine or long cardio workout it can just be a way to get your mind activated,  blood flowing, and get the day activated. Exercising allows your body to develop mind, body, and soul. 

Have a glass of water.

Having a glass or two of water in the mornings after you have brushed your teeth, helps kick start your day on a positive note, boost your metabolism, remove all of your toxins, and hydrate your body. Treat it as an investment in your health and life. 

Spend 10 minutes relaxing or meditating.

Don't let your mornings be a period of manic rush. Don't let yourself get dragged into it. Place yourself in a space for 10 minutes and meditate. As a result of this activity, you will see your mind getting stable and stress-free. 

Pen down your tasks and goals for the day.

Whether you do this activity at home or at work it really doesn’t matter, but make sure you write down the tasks and goals that you want to achieve for the day. This activity will help you to be more productive, efficient, and more alert about what you’re going to achieve in the day.

Keep your talks positive.

Try to have positive conversations in the morning to start your day on a positive note. A heated argument or discussion or fight early in the day can cause make your day start on a negative note. A positive mindset will make you receive your goals faster. 

Chose those practices which will help to stabilize your mind and body at peak. Exercising early in the morning and cold showers will allow your body to be stress-free and full of motivation. The state of your mindset, will give you new ideas, and help you to remain focus and calm throughout the day.
